This collection has been created by William Edwards in collaboration with two-starred Michelin chef Brett Graham. The rimless design means there's no visual distraction from the finest cuisine, while the frosted edge prevents finger marking as the plate is set down on the table. Extra weight has also been added to the centre of each plate, to optimise retention of heat or cold.
