The Brief
William Edwards won a highly competitive pitch to design a bespoke all-day dining range for the recently refurbished Plato's coffee and tea lounge within the Atlantis Hotel, Dubai.

The 5-star Atlantis Hotel, Dubai is the ultimate premium aquatic resort. With lavish interiors and tranquil sea views, the hotel exudes luxury. Located on the famous Palm Island, it is contemporary in design and world-renowned for its dining experiences.

Concept & Execution
Working alongside the senior F&B team at the Atlantis Hotel, William Edwards designed the stunning collection to complement the newly refurbished interior of Plato's all-day dining area. The collection took inspiration from the interiors and architecture, particularly the vaulted ceilings and patterning within the hotel.

The Result
Geometric shapes and a decorative Gold Mica finish are incorporated into the collection’s elegant shape to enhance the overall design, while retaining a focus on function and durability in operation.
